Report: Red Sox put Castillo on outright waivers
The Red Sox have placed outfielder Rusney Castillo on outright waivers, according to a report from MLB Network Insider Jon Heyman on Sunday. According to Heyman, Castillo was placed on waivers on Saturday and would clear them on Monday. The club has not confirmed the move.
