Yankees manager Joe Girardi has officially named right-hander Masahiro Tanaka the team’s Opening Day starter, and the skipper outlined his rotation beyond that on Friday morning. Michael Pineda, CC Sabathia and Nathan Eovaldi will follow Tanaka in the rotation. Sabathia has made the last six Opening Day starts for the Yankees.
