Luis Valbuena ripped a go-ahead two-run homer off rookie reliever Edwin Diaz in the eighth inning Wednesday as the surging Astros swept a three-game series against the Mariners with a 9-8 victory at Minute Maid Park. The Astros have now won seven of their last eight series and their last nine games against division opponents.
