The Pirates are sending one rookie starter to the disabled list and calling up another to take his place. Right-hander Jameson Taillon was placed on the disabled list Monday afternoon, and Pittsburgh is expected to call up left-hander Steven Brault to start in his place Tuesday night at Busch Stadium.
