Right-hander Lucas Giolito will make his Major League debut for the Nationals tonight against the Mets’ Matt Harvey. Giolito, MLB Pipeline’s No. 1 prospect, will start in place of right-hander Stephen Strasburg, who was placed on the disabled list Monday with an upper back strain after missing his last two starts.
