Tim Lincecum is days away from joining the Angels’ rotation. Angels manager Mike Scioscia said on Monday that the two-time National League Cy Young Award winner will “definitely” join the team in Oakland over the weekend and will probably make his 2016 debut on Saturday, the middle game of a three-game weekend series against the A’s.
