Adrian Beltre became the second Ranger to leave Wednesday’s game — a 3-1 loss — with an injury when Jurickson Profar replaced him as a pinch-runner in the eighth inning. The team announced he left with tightness in his left hamstring and he will be re-evaluated on Thursday.
