Three of the Astros’ top picks from the 2016 MLB Draft told MLB.com on Sunday that they had reached deals with the team and were set to sign contracts, including second-round pick Ronnie Dawson (outfielder from Ohio State) and third-round pick Jake Rogers (catcher from Tulane).
