The Marlins on Thursday optioned reliever Jarlin Garcia, ranked by MLBPipeline.com as the organization’s No. 3 prospect, to Double-A Jacksonville. The left-hander was promoted to the big leagues on Sunday, but he heads back to the Minors without appearing in a Major League game.
