The Cardinals activated Ruben Tejada from the DL after the 26-year-old infielder went 3-for-9 in three Minor League rehab games at Double-A. His return bumped infielder Greg Garcia down to Triple-A, but it does not immediately displace Aledmys Diaz from the lineup.
