The Professional Baseball Scouts Foundation Dinner is always one of the highlights of the offseason on the West Coast. And the Hall of Famers and stars will be out again in all their glory for the 13th annual affair on Saturday night, this year at the famous Beverly Hilton Hotel. With money raised at the event, the foundation is able to aid scouts, who have fallen on hard times.
