Astros manager A.J. Hinch tabbed left-hander Scott Kazmir to start Game 2 of the American League Division Series against the Royals on Friday. Kazmir is 7-11 with a 3.10 ERA in 31 starts this year, but he’s 2-6 with a 4.17 ERA in 13 starts since coming to the Astros in a July trade with Oakland.
