The Rays are expected to call up infielder Richie Shaffer from Triple-A Durham before Monday’s road game against the White Sox. The Rays made Shaffer the 25th overall pick in the 2012 Draft, and the 24-year-old right-handed hitter currently ranks as the organization’s No. 11 prospect.
