After a tough outing Sunday, Nationals right-hander Blake Treinen was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse on Monday, while the team selected the contract of righty prospect Abel De Los Santos from Double-A Harrisburg. To make room for de Los Santos on the 40-man roster, outfielder Jayson Werth was transferred to the 60-day disabled list.
