Kansas City third baseman Mike Moustakas and Cincinnati right-hander Johnny Cueto were the early leaders as of 8 a.m. ET Wednesday in the Esurance MLB All-Star Game Final Vote, putting the Royals in line for a possible seventh All-Star and the host Reds in position for a third hometown representative in the 86th Midsummer Classic next Tuesday at Great American Ball Park.
