Right-handed reliever Tom Wilhelmsen was activated from the 15-day disabled list by the Mariners and was expected to be available for Friday night’s series opener against the A’s. Dominic Leone, who gave up walk-off hits in his last two outings, was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma.
