Civil unrest in Baltimore in the wake of the passing of Freddie Gray, an African-American man who died while in police custody resulted in an unprecedented move to allow police resources to be deployed where they were needed most, and fans weren’t allowed to attend the game at Camden Yards between the Orioles and White Sox.
