Indians right-hander Corey Kluber took the 5-2 loss against the Giants on Wednesday despite facing the minimum through the first three innings. The reigning American League Cy Young Award winner allowed three runs on five hits and struck out five in 4 2/3 innings in his final spring tuneup before Opening Day.
