The Astros sent four players to Minor League camp on Monday morning, including two of the organization’s top 10 prospects in Michael Feliz and Vincent Velasquez, as they optioned the two right-handers as well as infielder Ronald Torreyes and reassigned right-hander Brady Rodgers.
