Commissioner Rob Manfred is making his tour of Spring Training camps, visiting the A’s on Monday and briefly talking with players from each club. “The player meetings have been great,” Manfred said. “The real purpose is for them to get to know who I am. I don’t want my first exposure to them to be in a crisis or collective bargaining setting.”
