Nationals left fielder Bryce Harper left Monday’s game against the Braves in the top of the fourth inning after feeling lightheaded. According to manager Matt Williams, Harper may have caught the same bug that third baseman Anthony Rendon and first baseman Adam LaRoche dealt with recently.
