Rarely used outfielder David Lough, a late-game defensive replacement who entered the game in the seventh inning, collected his first extra-base hit since June 7 and scored the go-ahead run in the top of the 12th inning to give the Orioles a 7-6 victory over the Red Sox on Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park.
