Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino continues to receive treatment on his strained right hamstring, which landed him on the disabled list retroactive to March 30. Manager John Farrell said before Monday’s game against the Rangers that Victorino’s flu symptoms are subsiding and that he’s begun some physical activity.
