Zach McAllister stifled the Padres over 7 2/3 scoreless innings and got all the support he’d need on Jason Kipnis’ two-run homer — his first of the season — as the Tribe topped the Padres, 2-0, in the opener of a twin bill on Wednesday afternoon.
