The Angels have agreed to terms on a Minor League contract with a Spring Training invite with veteran starter Mark Mulder, the two-time All-Star who hasn’t pitched in the big leagues since 2008, Mulder’s agent confirmed Wednesday. The Angels have not confirmed the signing.
