The Phillies on Friday announced they had signed four players to Minor League contracts with invitations to Spring Training in Clearwater, Fla., as non-roster players: right-hander Shawn Camp, left-hander Cesar Jimenez, and outfielder Clete Thomas and Leandro Castro.
