Desmond Jennings singled home the winning run in the bottom of the 12th as the Rangers fell to the Rays, 4-3, on Wednesday. The loss was the Rangers’ 14th in their past 18 games, and they’re one game behind the Rays for the top spot in the AL Wild Card race.
