St. Louis moved Joe Kelly out of the bullpen and into the rotation July 5, and once again the Cardinals hit the lottery with what was an easily overlooked move at the time. Kelly is 5-0 with a 2.33 ERA in eight starts since replacing struggling rookie Tyler Lyons, and the Cardinals have won seven of the eight.
