Not to sound like a fifth-grade gym teacher handing out participation trophies on Field Day, but I think it’s fair to suggest that if you did anything at all to improve — even incrementally — your 2013 competitive chances here at the non-waiver Trade Deadline, you can be labeled a “winner.”
