As right-hander Clay Buchholz continues to experience soreness in his neck, Red Sox manager John Farrell has been forced to make adjustments to his rotation. Farrell said Felix Doubront will start one game of Tuesday’s doubleheader against Tampa Bay. Alfredo Aceves will be recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket to start the other.
