Johan Santana will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery on Tuesday, the Mets announced after their final Grapefruit League game of the season against the Orioles on Saturday. Santana has a re-tear of the anterior capsule in his left shoulder, and it will be his second such surgery in 2 1/2 years.
