As expected, R.A. Dickey, whom the Blue Jays acquired from the Mets in a seven-player trade in December, will get the ball Opening Day, followed by right-hander Brandon Morrow, lefty Mark Buehrle, righty Josh Johnson, and southpaw Ricky Romero.
