Orioles right fielder Chris Davis tied a club record by homering in his sixth consecutive game on Tuesday night. Davis sent Rays starter James Shields’ pitch deep to center field in the top of the fourth inning for his seventh homer in six games, helping the Orioles defeat Tampa Bay, 1-0, and remain one game behind the first-place Yankees in the American League East.
