The Chicago Cubs and shortstop Starlin Castro have agreed to terms on a seven-year contract worth $60 million that includes a club option for an eighth season in 2020. The contract covers Castro's four arbitration seasons as well as his first three free agent seasons (club option for his fourth free agent season).
