Tony DeFrancesco, who was managing the Astros' Triple-A affiliate at Oklahoma City, was named interim manager for the Astros on Sunday. Ty Van Burkleo, who had been the Astros' Minor League hitting coordinator, was named interim hitting coach and Dan Radison was named interim first-base coach.
