Will Middlebrooks paced the Red Sox with three hits, Mike Aviles and Daniel Nava each homered and Josh Beckett picked up his first win since May 20 as Boston beat Tampa Bay, 7-3, and won the first series of the second half before a crowd of 26,131 at Tropicana Field on Sunday afternoon.
