After sending Shane Victorino to the Dodgers, Philadelphia announced they have traded fellow outfielder Hunter Pence to the San Francisco Giants. The Phillies received catching prospect Tommy Joseph, outfielder Nate Schierholtz and Class A right-hander Seth Rosin in the deal.
