After another strong performance on Memorial Day, Doubront leads Boston's rotation in wins, ERA and strikeouts. The lefty lifted the Red Sox to a 7-4 victory over the Tigers on Monday. Over six innings, he gave up four hits and two runs, walking one and striking out six.
