Giants closer Brian Wilson has a “moderate” sprain of the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow, an injury that doesn't always require surgery, according to a CSNBayArea.com report Monday. This hasn't stopped Wilson, who's expected to be out for the season, from seeking multiple opinions regarding his injury.
