Juan Rivera smacked two doubles and drove in four runs, and Tony Gwynn drove in the go-ahead runs with a two-out, two-run double in the top of the ninth as the Dodgers defeated the Nationals, 7-4, in the first game of a doubleheader on Thursday at Nationals Park.
