The A’s scored twice in the eighth inning, pushing past the Cardinals for a one-run win on Saturday. Pitcher Zach Neal allowed one earned run in six innings and Brett Eibner’s sac fly in the eighth gave the A’s the lead for good. Randal Grichuk had a home run for the Cardinals, and top prospect Alex Reyes allowed one run in 4 2/3 innings.
