The 23rd edition of the Arizona Fall League wrapped up with Salt River’s win in the championship game over Peoria on Saturday. Once again, the AFL was jam packed with elite-level prospects. That made putting together a top prospects list fairly easy. There were so many good players, it was decided to expand the list to a Top 25, up from the typical 20.
