Though Bruce Bochy didn’t win the National League Manager of the Year Award, San Francisco’s skipper remains highly regarded within the baseball industry. Winning two World Series in three years will do that to a person. Bochy finished third in the vote announced Tuesday and conducted by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.
