Rays outfielder Steven Souza Jr. left Saturday’s 11-7 loss against the Red Sox after getting hit on his left hand in the fifth inning. X-rays revealed a fracture and he will be placed on the 15-day disabled list. The Rays will recall outfielder Mikie Mahtook in a corresponding move on Sunday.
