Dominican Republic teenager Cristian Olivo has improved dramatically since the beginning of the year, and now he’s one step closer to starting the path towards his big league dream. The Reds have agreed to a $1 million signing bonus for Olivo, ranked No. 23 on MLB.com’s Top 30 International Prospects list, according to industry sources.
